Opportunity to join our Shared Services team in our Mascot Support Office on casual basis as **Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officers.**

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a fast-paced, global organisation and is ideally suited to someone flexible, adaptable, willing to learn new tasks quickly.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working with high volume data entry
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid computer literacy & confidence learning new programs
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with high quality of work
- Initiative and organisation skills
- Exposure to a retail business is highly desirable

**Positions we are looking to fill**:

- **Casual Accounts Payable Officer** - Data entry into varied ERPs
- **Casual Accounts Payable Officer** - Data entry and resolution - Identifying issues in system preventing invoice processing (pricing & quantities) and liaising with Commercial and Store teams to resolve.
- **Casual Accounts Receivable Officer** - Data entry and scanning airline vouchers (must be able to stand for long periods of time)
