**Your new company**

Hays are recruiting for one of the leading builders and designers of premium Swimming pools in Sydney with over 50 years experience.

**Your new role**

You will be in the position of the leading hand role for a swimming pool company, going from site to site.

Your duties will include:

- Meet with trades
- Assist with set-out
- Do some hands-on work as required
- Monitor quality
- Working on multiple projects under the direction of a supervisor

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as a Leading Hand or Trade Assistant
- Ability to drive and own a vehicle
- Good communication skills
- White card (other tickets would be advantageous)
- Ability to be hands-on
- Proven leadership skills
- Some prior Carpentry experience

**What you'll get in return**
