**BA Middle Office - Reg Reporting Change (CONTRACT)**

**Organisation**
A premier International IB is seeking an analyst to join their growing middle office function to help re-engineer their OTC Derivatives Transactional reporting.

**Role**Responsible for generating a best in class reporting function with oversight across lifecycle and valuations derivative reporting
- Periodical risk and regulatory reporting
- Understand Project lifecycle including requirements gathering and developing specifications for vendors and regulatory change initiatives
- Enhancement of framework and uplift of target operational model for the function
- Analysis and interpretation of regulatory affairs and adaption of infrastructure to capture new via operating rules and deliverables
- Support the continuous improvement across the business

**Individual**Proven track record of continuous improvement within a financial markets environment
- Understanding of Interest Rates, linear and non-linear derivatives and FX product lifecycles
- Understanding of the Depository Trade Reporting environment
- Exposure to systems such as MarkitWire, Tri-resolve and DTCC desirable
- Role would also suit individuals from a middle office line environment looking to gain experience to Regulatory reporting or Change management & Projects.
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
