**The Role**
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader ALS Asset Care has an opportunity for a Receptionist to Join our Team based in our Canning Vale office in Perth. You will be joining an experienced and high performing team and will fill an essential role that guarantees the day to day running of our office.

**The day to day**
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:

- Being the face of our business undertaking reception duties;
- Assist with preparation of documents and technical reports;
- Assist with the purchasing of services and materials including collation of purchase orders and invoices
- Freight preparation and record keeping
- Answer phones, attend to customer requests, booking of equipment and other related support services;
- General office administrative assistance across various departments.

**The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

- Proven ability to work within a large team environment and should possess:

- Customer service focused with a pleasant phone manner;
- Experience with Microsoft Office; including Microsoft Teams;
- Accurate typist with a minimum speed of 50wpm;
