Our client is a solutions integrator provider partnering with world-leading equipment providers, creating a variety of individual solutions-based outcomes for each company, that enables each company to work at efficiently achieving maximum productivity.

This sustainable and well-known Global company who have been servicing business for over 30 years across Australia, NZ and the rest of the world, now have an opportunity for a Procurement and Purchasing officer for their Products and parts division to join their expanding business in WA.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for providing a seamless Procurement and Purchasing service to their customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities & Experience**:

- Procurement & Purchasing
- Sales Order Processing & fulfilment
- Liaising with local and overseas suppliers and distributors
- Inventory Maintenance & Stock Levels
- Prepare, undertake, and record Stock takes.
- Part Number, Price List and Purchasing Agreement maintenance.
- Preparation and procurement of BOM’s &Builds
- 3rd Party Order Processing & Intercompany orders.
- SAP BYD experience is preferable (but not essential.)
- 2 + years in a similar role
