**The Company**:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join a highly successful and innovative manufacturing business in the Northern Beaches. Specialising in sporting and outdoor equipment, the company is continuing to grow and expand their product offerings and marketing presence. You will join a very passionate team who have built long-standing relationships with a large network of wholesalers and retailers across Australia.

**The Job**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to existing prospective customers.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Plan sales strategy and structure days
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows and events as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

**What's on Offer?**
- Full product and systems training provided.
- Opportunity to progress into field sales role.
- Ideally 38 hour week full-time position.
- Part-time hours from 25 per week would be considered.
- Work hours can be flexible Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm.
- Opportunity to work from home when needed. Is largely office based.
- On-site parking, but also close to public transport.
- Competitive salary (based on experience / skills), plus commission and annual bonus.
