**Based in Gatton, Queensland**
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Act as the primary contact for incoming sales inquiries.
- Maximize pricing strategies and sales value for incoming projects.
- Oversee client relations, understand their shed construction needs, and close sales.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and prepare compelling presentations and quotes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and specifiers to keep them informed of our products and services tailored to their requirements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Sales Team strategies.
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Experience in internal sales/estimating, ideally within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
- Shed sales experience highly regarded and preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate construction areas, read technical drawings, and understand project specifications.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate quotations and professional presentations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively influence client decisions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- A track record of reliability and consistency in previous roles.
