Join Maroondah Leisure as an Operations Coordinator and showcase your leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a large dynamic team. With demonstrated experience in a leadership role, you will excel in leading and managing a large staff team.

Your knowledge of aquatics and recreation industry guidelines and standards will be invaluable in ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe environment. You will have a proven track record of identifying risks and implementing effective controls to reduce risk in a leisure environment.

As an experienced trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to Lifeguards and Duty Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role and working effectively as part of a large dynamic team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aquatics and recreation industry guidelines and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement controls to reduce the risk in a leisure environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training to Lifeguards and Duty Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large staff team.
