Clinic Reception

Empowering Beauty is a Beauty Clinic specialising in Face, Body and Skin Treatments. Our dedicated Beauty Experts aim to enhance natural beauty and empower our clients. We hold a high value on self-care and wellness and want our clients to walk out feeling like their best selves.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a friendly and bubbly coordinator join our family as we continue to expand and grow. This role requires a high level of independence and initiative.

**Roles in this job will include**:

- Product knowledge and sales (product training is included)
- Performing basic beauty treatments (such as LED, Teeth Whitening and EMS)
- Greet and check-in clients professionally and warmly
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms between clients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as calling clients and checking in on them
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and client care
- Coordinate with therapist staff to optimize client experience and clinic efficiency
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the clinic to maintain a pristine environment
- Close and secure the clinic at the end of each day
- Assist with hands-on tasks as needed to support the team
- Manage social media accounts and support the marketing manager

**About You**:
Are you friendly, bubbly and take initiative? Happy to work in a face paced hands on environment?

Admin experience is essential. **Must be available to work on Monday-Saturday & late nights.**

Experience in the Beauty Industry is preferred but not required.

We are happy to contribute towards training for the right person.

**Able to work evening shifts until 8pm**.

**Experience**:Admin experience is essential.
