**What this opportunity involves**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Vendor Performance Manager to join our team.

Based in JLL’s corporate office in Sydney CBD, the Vendor Performance Manager is responsible for the sourcing and management of vendors for our client’s portfolio of facilities and properties. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, category management and vendor management strategies to ensure JLL attains the best value in the goods and services for our client.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Report directly to the Account Director, manage complex initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs for our client.
Establish, lead and execute category strategies and frameworks, including market approaches, procurement analysis, vendor development and evaluation, to meet client needs and expectations
Develop optimal sourcing strategies to achieve consistent, quality outcomes
Conduct negotiations on critical, complex supply arrangements and manage contract negotiations to deliver favourable outcomes
Lead Vendor Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery for our client
Report on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, client satisfaction, value and cost
Support (first line) on vendor and supplier performance and issue resolution
Implement metrics, monitoring and reports using vendor scorecards for key vendors.
Conduct timely assessments of vendor contracts and change orders to identify areas of potential non-compliance, adverse performance and other issues
