**The Role**
- Other responsibilities of the Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator are to lead and coach structured problem-solving projects to reduce losses and improve line performance on site. This will be mediating between supplier and site in the event of disputes. You will interface with production and maintenance staff to ensure that requirements are met in terms of parts and accessories. You will track results of improvement initiatives and provide weekly / monthly factory performance reviews and reporting.

**Skills & Experience**
- Favourably Tertiary qualified in Food Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Background in using CMMS, SAP and troubleshooting functionalities.
- Have the ability to deal with supervisors on a peer level and encourage and interpret feedback from technicians.
- Have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience training and coaching of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Coming from a food manufacturing or FMCG industry is essential.
