**About Tide on the Jetty**

Located on the William Gunn Jetty, Tide on the Jetty has become a favourite with Manly's locals and visitors to the area since opening in 2016. Open 7 days a week offering fresh breakfast, tapas or a meal, and of course, a great selection of Australian and international wines. We also have a great cocktail list, beers and cider on tap, coffee, tea and sweets. Perched completely over the water, with one of the Bayside’s most remarkable views, Tide is the perfect place to drop anchor and enjoy the sun rising over the harbour, a relaxed afternoon with a cocktail, or a romantic dinner setting drink.

**About the Role**

We are on the look out for casual team members to join our team and be the face of our venue, you are the living, breathing representation of the values our business represents. In this role you will pride yourself on delivering customer excellence and have very high emotional intelligence. You will be quick on your feet, be flexible in your approach and have a “can-do” attitude. We are always looking to hire industry professionals who have hospitality experience but are also willing to train those who come from similar customer service backgrounds and have the right approach to development.

**To be considered for this role you must have (or be prepared to learn)**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (a must)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Sound level of proficiency with, or the willingness and ability to learn, Point of Sale systems and various hospitality platforms
- A sound level of food and beverage knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and a willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
- Be able to provide table service with a smile
- Have a passion to work in the industry

Our first venue, Tide on the Jetty, has been a local favourite in Manly for over 5 years, and we are excited to have recently launched our second venue, The Arsonist, to rave reviews. Further growth is planned for the next two to five years.

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced hospitality professionals with a passion for delivering unique and memorable moments for our guests. We value the training and development of all of our team members as we look to create long-term career options for all of our staff.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
