We are undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and are expanding to Brisbane early next year with a _brand-new fine dining restaurant and a Gastro pub_

**The Roles**:

- Venue Managers
- Restaurant Managers
- Assistant Managers
- Bar Managers
- Head Sommelier

We are looking forward to welcoming hospitality professionals on board that are motivated to bring knowledge, passion, and experience to this new venue and that are excited to learn and grow in our business.
- Proven experience in a management role in a hospitality venue
- Strong operational skills with the ability to make objective decisions to benefit the business
- Proven ability to lead a large team with a mix of front and back of house staff
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate and encourage
- Strong conflict resolution ability
- Proven experience with financial management
- Business development skills
- High computer literacy
- A passion for the hospitality industry with an interest in further learning and development
