Join the Club Coops Team – Front of House & Café Attendant (30–38 hrs/week)

Brisbane's Premium Private Health & Racquet Club

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and professional all-rounder to join the Club Coops team in a hybrid role covering both front desk and café service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and wants to be part of a premium, health-focused environment.

About the Role

This is a dual-position role combining reception and café duties, offering between 30 and 38 hours per week. You'll receive full on-the-job training and be part of a supportive team delivering exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet and assist members and guests at reception


• Manage bookings, phone enquiries, and general front desk duties


• Prepare and serve café items including barista-made coffee, smoothies, juices, and light snacks


• Serve alcoholic beverages (RSA required)


• Maintain a clean, calm, and polished environment across both areas

What We're Looking For


• Confident, well-presented, and comfortable juggling both hospitality and reception tasks


• Friendly and approachable with great communication skills


• Experience in hospitality, barista work, or customer service is a plus — but not essential


• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain it)


• A team player who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
