A leading global technology company is currently seeking for an experienced Change Manager who will interface with client and will involve coordinating with business and technology stakeholders to facilitate the management of change.

You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the Organisational Change management, with all artifacts and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the project team and business stakeholders to develop and/or amend Training modules.
- Experience in MoC (Management of Change).
- Development or amendment of Training documents.
- Organisation of training delivery - when, the content, the personnel, etc.
- Development of Knowledge Articles.
- Organise product/solution showcases.
- Conduct TTO (Transition to Operations) activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in stakeholder analysis and leading change management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
