**About the role**
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Change Manager, you’ll be accountable for developing and executing on the Change Management strategy and plan within the portfolio or program initiatives for medium size projects of intermediary complexity. This role reports directly to the Change Management Lead and is responsible for the delivery of change activities in alignment with Australian Retirement Trust (ART’s) Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and will work closely with project and business stakeholders to drive business change adoption.

Day to day, you'll:

- Develop all aspects of the Change Management Strategy / Plan required to successfully implement transformational business change across a portfolio of work.
- Work with the Senior Change Manager or Change Management Lead to consult, coach, and influence business stakeholders to navigate complexity, problem solve and co-design appropriate responses to drive business acceptance of the change.
- Develop, implement, and promote change management strategies that are based on situational analysis, clear understanding of the details of the changes and awareness of the engagement of staff groups being impacted by the change.
- Identify people related risks including those factors that could affect, constrain, block, or influence the outcomes of the assigned change. Anticipate potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the risks and issues.
- Develop and negotiate the acceptance of the project change management strategies and plans with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Support the creation of appropriate communication strategies and plans including the design, development, and delivery of change-related communications.
- Provide timely and effective status updates and reporting as required.
- Support learning and development efforts by providing input and documenting requirements for the design and delivery of learning programs necessary to support project change management.

This role is available as a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity.

**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:

- Demonstrable experience as a change management professional working with industry recognised organisational change management methodology.
- Formal change management qualifications i.e. Prosci, APMG Certification, Grad Cert etc. (or equivalent)
- Proven track record in implementing successful change management, particularly across medium scale programs and projects delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes.
