We currently have an opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Play a key role in leading initiatives that enhance service delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and optimise contract performance. Reporting to General Manager - Housing, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Lead strategic projects and oversee operational performance across Housing and IFM contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed innovation across service delivery.
- Manage contract compliance, governance, and financial performance to meet KPIs.
- Foster a high-performing, safety-first culture across multidisciplinary teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and government clients.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in business management or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in contract management and operational oversight.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable financial outcomes.
