**You'll be responsible for**
- Identifying opportunities and initiatives for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Leading a defined set of Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects utilising an Improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma
- Defining and documenting customer requirements and business case/charter
- identifying problem/opportunity statements, process workflows, roadblocks and analysing root causes to determine solutions.
- Liaising with stakeholders across different departments on project initiatives and process review

**About you**
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading process improvements and execution of projects
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma
- Preferably in the financial services industry with skills in Contact Centre, intermediated business management, complaints handling, digital or strategy and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity and impact
- Adaptability and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
