**What this job involves**:
Reporting to the Regional Engineering Lead and collaborating with the Account Site Teams as well as Regional Engineering/HSSE/Sustainability Organisation, the Sub-Region Technical Lead will ensure successful Engineering and Energy service delivery to the client across the ANZ/SEA portfolio.

The individual will assume the lead role in the engineering service delivery to the client across ANZ/SEA region, developing and cultivating a “One Team” IFM culture that demonstrates collaborative behaviours at all times, both internally and with client interfaces.

It is essential that the Sub-Region Technical Lead is very strong technically, is an outstanding leader of teams, and has excellent communication skills at all levels of management.

The Sub-Region Technical Lead will be the Engineering Services (ANZ/SEA) single point of contact for the engineering and energy savings delivery and will be responsible for:
Goal Zero - Embed EHS as a way of doing business

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery teams, and ensuring consistency in process, systems, and reporting

Ensure the efficient and consistent operation of all Facility Engineering activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio throughout the sub-region

Achieving the Engineering savings glide path whilst maintaining performance

Be a respected leader in all matters of Engineering, Safety & Energy Saving on account

**You will be responsible for**:
Be responsible for the direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of Engineering Services. (e.g. recruitment, ethics, performance assessment, personal development, personal wellbeing) driving JLL standing as employer of choice.

Be responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support services delivery, including required reporting.

Provide accurate data and operational knowledge to drive operational improvements through root cause failure analysis, predictive failure mode, and mean time to failure trending.

Ensure that all essential site activities—including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipment—are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams.

Working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end. Ensure our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects’ timeline.

Develop and maintain a detailed understanding on the client’s business and key factors influencing their requirements for our services.

Responsible for implementing and managing HSSE. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our employees and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of their working day

Implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.

Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Engineering
Proven self-starter that consistently delivers to outcome specifications
Proven experience of operating in a similar role and environment

**Qualifications**:
Engineering Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline (e.g. Mechanical/Electrical/Building Systems Engineering)
Health and Safety qualification beneficial
