**Your new role**

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable **Technical Project Lead** to guide our team in delivering innovative solutions while also being ready to dive into hands-on work when needed. Depending on your skillset, you will not only lead the technical aspects but also contribute directly to areas like** Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, AWS Integration, Cloud Web Development, Identity Management, and Testing.** This is an excellent opportunity to take a strategic leadership role while actively participating in the technical delivery to ensure project success.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- **Plan and Manage Projects**:Direct and coordinate technical and complex aspects of the project from initiation to successful completion.
- **Engage Stakeholders**:Collaborate with senior managers and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with project goals and objectives.
- **Lead Agile Practices**:Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release scheduling to optimise project delivery and team performance.
- **Implement Risk Management**:Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- **Oversee Transition to Operations**:Ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual (BAU) teams, providing adequate resources for ongoing support post-deployment.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Relevant qualifications with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
- AWS integration experience (required).
- Experience leading and coordinating technical teams to deliver customised solutions using various enterprise development technologies.
- Broad and deep technical knowledge of a variety of programming languages.
- Experience in coordinating hybrid agile projects, including management of resources and ceremonies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience working with TechnologyOne is advantageous.

**Work Requirements**:

- Must have current work rights in Australia matching the tenure of the role.
- Based in Perth, WA**. Relocation and sponsorship support are not available.**
