APG Workforce is a national employer of choice supplying a flexible workforce to industries who promote safety and wellbeing as priorities.

Our client a leading manufacturer of poultry products based in Laverton are currently looking for an Accounts Manager for an immediate start.

Salary will depend on experience but range from $80-$90k + super.

**The Role**:

- Review performance of sales by location, each day, week and month including volume, margin and market/product mix.
- Formerly meet with key staff weekly an review performance including sales goals an improvement areas.
- Work with each external sales person on a practical basis weekly.
- Attend and prepare for the senior management and accounts meetings on a regular basis, continuously motivating in through staff to achieve set goals. This includes maintaining excellent relationship with each staff member and responding appropriately to both poor and achieved performance.
- Liaise with OH&S representative for sales team should any issues arise and encourage and maintain preventative measures
- Ensuring that self and team meets all company requirements, including those of ISO, HACCP, Environmental, ACCC/TPC acts.
- Identifying sales and market opportunities and acting on this maintaining team focused to set goals by discussing and reviewing regularly.
- Flexible with change in business objectives.
- Present and review Sales with key accounts on a monthly basis
