**About the Opportunity**

Club Laverton is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Gaming Manager to lead our gaming operations. The Gaming Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our gaming facilities, including game selection, player engagement, regulatory compliance, daily banking and reporting requirements. Situated in the Western Suburbs, our comprehensive club boasts a bustling gaming area, Keno, Bistro, Bar, TAB, Sports Bar, and Motel Accommodation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for gaming and a knack for strategic planning and execution.

Ideally, we are seeking someone for a full-time permanent position. Please note that our business operates late nights, so flexibility is key. However, we do endeavour to offer every second weekend off and encourage a work/ life balance environment.

**About You**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead your team to provide exceptional customer service across our premises. We seek an individual committed to team growth and fostering career advancement. If you are goal-oriented, possess gaming management expertise, and crave a fresh opportunity, we would like to hear from you. We require stellar customer service skills, a positive demeanour, and must have the following:

- Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence (Essential).
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificates modules 1 to 4 (Essential).
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential).
- TAB Operators Licence.
- A strong working knowledge and experience with Bally Financials, and gaming reconciliation procedures is highly desired.
- Sound knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures.
- Sound understanding of food & beverage products and services.
- A professional “can do” attitude with the ability to work unsupervised, leading, and developing our service focused team.
- Advanced accountancy and computer skills.
- Availability for AM/PM shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
