One of the industry leader in Australia is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Client Services Manager to join the team.

This is a newly created role, you will be responsible for managing the business and delivering exceptional services to external clients.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the delivery of top-quality services. Your ability to manage multiple client relationships and the existing team will be crucial to your success.

**Your new role**

You will look after a team of 15/ 20 technicians and 20 keys clients located all around Australia. Some of your duties include:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Monitoring Centre, ensuring a responsive and reliable service for our clients.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of monitoring professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their peace of mind.
- Manage a team of assistant managers, setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and state security legislation, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Review and update protocols for alarm response and emergency procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on all aspects of the centre's operations.
