The Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation will lead and support a small team, to oversee the development of monitoring and evaluation systems, processes and infrastructure across Respect Victoria and the state-wide prevention system. Outside of driving M&E capability, this role will be a part of the extended leadership team, actively contributing from a leadership support and expertise perspective, with involvement in overall strategy delivery, enhancing the culture and driving innovation within the organisation.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing the development of M&E systems, processes and infrastructure to support effective monitoring of the impact and outcomes of primary prevention of family violence and violence against women work
- Leading the development of a state-wide Theory of Change and impact framework for prevention
- Providing leadership across the organisation on the development and implementation of M&E systems and practice
- Contributing to the design, development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies to support effective M&E of primary prevention activity across Victoria
- Leading and managing contractors as required, including monitoring KPIs and milestones, issuing identification and risk management, ensuring a high quality of service
- Leading a team, paying attention to individual strengths and performance goals, staff health, wellbeing and engagement
- Leading and representing Respect Victoria in key forums, steering/project committees and governance groups, including in support of the broader management and executive group as required

About You
You will have a proven track record in Monitoring and Evaluation as well as management of people and process. Your skills in designing, implementing and managing complex frameworks and systems will be essential, using this experience to inform strategy and policy advice.
You are relationship driven, enjoy developing teams, solving highly complex problems, using your expertise within monitoring and evaluation methodology and practice and analytical skills. You have excellent communication skills, you have strong organisational and planning skills, you are a natural influencer, a systems thinker and strategic in approach.
You are looking for a challenge, to collaborate with other likeminded individuals with a passion for ending violence against women.
