**The Opportunity: Qualified Lead Educator**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

- **Compensation**: Up to $40 per hour + super (+10% wage retention payment coming soon)

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**About Us**:Ipswich Early Education Centre** is located across the road from Leichhardt State School and cares for up to 75 children per day. We offer many high-quality programs including bush kindy, language and music programs. and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
