Only About Children: Norton Plaza is nestled in the hub of shops and cafes and offers a convenient spot for our team. The campus hosts 6 well-resourced learning environments and 2 spacious outdoor environments as well as a rich curriculum involving many community excursions.

**Your exciting new 'Room leader' role: Certificate III or Diploma**

In 2025, You will take on the role of 2 - 3 (Toddler) room leader catering for 8 of our lovely babies. Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.

We would love to hear from experienced advocates for the 0-2 / 0-3 phase. Our expertly designed 'OAC Grow' curriculum prioritises age-appropriate learning experiences for all children with exciting immersive, sensory and hands on ideas for nursery children.

We have all the tools and technology to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic pedagogy specialists and support teams to guide you and help you to develop practice as well as your career.
