Fortitude Valley, Australia Place Estate Agents Full time

Place New Farm’s front of house operations are expanding their team and we are looking for a driven, customer centric professional with a passion for real estate where your objective is to provide a 6-star service to all external and internal clients.
You will be the face of our James Street Hub where your day to do will see you managing a busy front office area with a broad range of duties from working with multiple departments based out of our renowned James Street office location.
No two days will be the same and we want to empower you with knowledge so you can be innovative, and solutions focused for both internal and external Place people.

**What a day in the life looks like**:

- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service customers and colleagues
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail
- Social Media management for the office/specific agents
- Preparation of agent personal marketing collateral

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond
- Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in software (CRM) is advantageous
- Having the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease
- The desire to grow and develop within a team environment
- Passion and desire to help others
- Through attention to detail
- Be adaptable and flexible
