Right now, we’re looking for a switched-on, detail-loving, growth-minded **People & Culture Advisor**to join our small but mighty P&C team and help us turn big ideas into repeatable, people-focused processes that actually stick.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building structure, solving people puzzles, and getting under the hood of how things work. You’ll need strong HR fundamentals, a sense of initiative, and the confidence to both deliver and think ahead.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Rolling up your sleeves and running recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding from end to end
- Coaching leaders through everyday people matters, from setting clear goals to giving feedback and managing probation
- Delivering key P&C programs like performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning, and helping leaders bring these to life
- Owning our HR systems (Employment Hero + Culture Amp) and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Making sure our contracts, policies, and processes are clear, consistent, and actually followed
- Spotting gaps, building better ways of doing things, and helping embed them across the business
- Championing our values and culture through supporting internal comms, recognition, and engagement initiatives that make work feel better

**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, project-based or operational environment (construction experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- You’re confident with Awards, onboarding, policies, and all the usual moving parts
- You’ve got great attention to detail and don’t let things slip through the cracks
- You like tidy systems, clear processes, and finding ways to make things run better
- You’re curious, open, and keen to grow - not just ticking boxes, but looking for what could be better
- Confidence working with leaders, and the judgment to know when to run with something vs. when to check in
- Bonus points if you love systems, templates, documentation, finding ways to make things run better and keeping things tidy behind the scenes
