Working within a small-close knit team, the HR Advisor is a true generalist position. You will have the opportunity to indulge in various HR activities and projects to truly grow and develop in your career.
- Understanding and interpreting EBA’s while being able to lead and participate in grievances, disputes and ER/IR related issues
- Advising and guiding managers with any employee matters
- Manage and assist in the end to end recruitment process from job design and evaluation to shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking. onboarding and offers of employment.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new policies/procedures
- Work across the full employee life cycle to provide adequate support to staff and the HR team

**THE CANDIDATE**
To be successful, you must be ideally tertiary qualified in a relevant field and have a minimum 2-3 years previous HR Advisor experience. This role would be suitable for individuals looking for exposure to all HR facets in order to grow and develop in their career. You must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to learn. You must also have strong systems capabilities, the ability to prioritise and manage your own time efficiently.
