**Assistant Brand Manager
- Dare Iced Coffee**

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Marketing Team
- Partner with the Iced Coffee Marketing Team to execute best-in-class communications and key brand activations
- Manage on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements
- Collaborate cross functionally as a project lead to explore, champion and manage projects and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate
- Engage with our agency partners to create & execute bold, disruptive, unmissable brand plans

**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level
- Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry
- Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management
- Works both collaboratively and autonomously with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well to change and within fast-paced environments
- Problem solves with a courageous approach
