**What's on offer?**:
We’ve recently reorganised our marketing function and as a result, we’re recruiting a Brand & Communications Specialist who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Working across ABN Victoria’s two retail brands - Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre, you will use your expertise to develop and implement brand strategies and engaging communications that deliver strong brand awareness, consideration and brand advocacy.

You can expect to use your skills in strategy and execution and your understanding of brand, customer segmentation and needs analysis.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Brand & CX, key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute the performance of brand communications and initiatives
- Partner with the Media agency to develop and optimise media strategy
- Define customer personas and journey maps for each brand
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all communications
- Develop, implement and execute brand marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain collateral suite for each brand

You will have excellent skills in communication, copyrighting, project management and a real eye for detail. Your personal time management and ability to work to changing priorities will ensure your ongoing success.

Your experience and capabilities include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- High level proficiency in brand management and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of principles of customer experience
- Growing skills in strategy and planning
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise
- Strong level of analytic capability and problem solving
- Passion for Marketing specialisations
