The Role

Fascinated to know what makes DARE Australia’s #1 Iced Coffee brand so successful? This is the opportunity for you Bega have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, Assistant Brand Manager to join our Dare Marketing Team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and implement the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.- Support the implementation of breakthrough communications and key brand activations.- Lead multiple New Product Development initiatives through Stage Gate.- Develop and shape the Dare product range in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.- Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.- Establish and maintain quality agency village and partnership relationships.- Support the management of the Brand Marketing Investment budget.- Prioritise, plan and deliver work to maximise value and minimise risk.

About you- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level- Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.- Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards.- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management.- Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments.- Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes.
