eHealth Queensland is seeking an experienced Organisational (including Operational) Change Lead and Business Delivery Stream Lead for the Cloud Transformation Project. The role forms part of the Cloud Transformation Leadership team, where you will work with the Technical Delivery Stream Lead and Service Establishment and Operations Stream lead to lead the project to success.

The role will form part of a cross-functional team and will develop and be accountable for the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Plan, Business Delivery Model, Demand Analysis to inform the Service Establishment and future operating model, lead the organisational transformation component based on the future state operating model, ensure co-design and prioritisation of services is undertaken in partnership with the business to name a few. You will be the face of the Project to the business, ensuring that the future state service and operating model are well understood and customer needs incorporated in the design to maximise service up-take.

To be successful in this role, **you must have proven experience** in leading the organisational and service delivery transformation of Cloud Services (Azure and AWS) in large, complex ICT environments. **You must** **have **proven** experience** in bringing the customers on the journey, managing and resolving complex issues in a collaborative and transparent way to build customer confidence and trust in delivery and maximise service uptake.

- Digital Enablement - Cloud Transformation Project

The Cloud Transformation Project has been initiated within the Digital Enablement unit with Delivery Services Branch. The Project will address the growth in demand for Cloud Services in the organisation and invest in better customer outcomes by uplifting base cloud foundations which will provide a low-overhead, optimised cloud capability that holistically considers people, process, and technology elements of the service.

There has been significant growth in demand for cloud services across Queensland Health, compounded by COVID-19, rapid agility and the ability to scale is required. Since eHealth cloud services was initially established, it was envisaged that it would be able to grow alongside customer demand, however demand continued to grow at an unprecedented rate and the demand is currently unable to be met.

Currently deploying cloud solutions in the organisation is time intensive and it appears that the delay is due to a number of factors including insufficient development of eHealth’s cloud foundations, heavy governance overhead, and the mismatch between cloud service capacity and service demand.

This project will pave the way for future innovation and secure, scalable healthcare solutions moving forward. The success of this initiative will be realised if all of eHealth’s customers have been enabled to adopt cloud as they need it, are supported and advised along the way by eHealth or its partners, to make sure it is done in the most secure and optimised method possible.
