BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a global healthcare provider, helping deliver the best care possible and address critical healthcare issues. Currently, we are looking for Digital Transformation Lead to join this Enterprise Project Management Office and assist the wider business with the next phase of growth and transformation.

As the Digital Transformation Lead you will play a critical role in streamlining, standardising, and enhancing their internal business processes. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, operational leaders, and strategic partners to identify, analyse, and present opportunities for process optimisation. Your expertise in business process improvement methodologies, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships, will drive the success of the transformation program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritise processes for business improvement work.
- Facilitate change impact assessments across identified and future business initiatives.
- Embed best practice process improvement methods within the transformation program.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement, conducting thorough analysis.
- Lead root cause analysis, provide solution recommendations, and present findings to senior leaders.
- Evaluate processes using interviews, workshops, and analysis, mapping processes for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in process re-design, Lean Six Sigma training, or exposure.
- Familiarity with Agile or other established delivery methodologies.
- Strong process design, task management, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading or working on change/transformation programs.
- Financial literacy and budget management skills.
- Experience in Health, Clinical Systems, and Change/Transformation projects.
