**About the Role | Procurement Transformation Specialist**
As a Procurement Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading continuous improvement programs for procurement and supply chain processes, driving enhanced business outcomes and performance. You will work closely with the team to establish frameworks, processes, and tools, elevating enterprise procurement and supply chain maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement improvement initiatives for the relevant business unit, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve improved outcomes for both parties
- Identify opportunities to optimise value and minimise risk within the business unit, fostering business optimisation
- Monitor and manage the implementation of business improvement projects, ensuring adherence to standards and budget constraints
- Assist in preparing and presenting work packages and bids
- Analyse and manage performance against business plans, making sound decisions to achieve successful resolutions
- Provide relevant training and development to enhance enterprise capability
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with enterprise functions to drive improved outcomes.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships in support of business objectives
- Skill in identifying key issues for customers and developing effective solutions
- High-level conceptual and analytical abilities to optimise performance and profitability
- Six Sigma, Lean, and/or project management certification
- Experience as a Procurement or Supply Chain consultant at a Tier 1 or 2 professional services firm is a plus.
