The client is a leading ICT operation dedicated to providing integrated digital technology solutions in the public health system. Our focus is on advancing healthcare through digital innovation, ensuring reliable access to information systems and driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

We are hiring an experienced Organisational Transformation Lead and Business Delivery Stream Lead for our Cloud Transformation Project. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for implementing stakeholder engagement strategies, developing the business delivery model, and leading the organisational transformation component. Your role is vital in ensuring the successful adoption of cloud services and maximizing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the organisational and service delivery transformation of Cloud Services
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and the business delivery model
- Conduct demand analysis and prioritize services in collaboration with the business
- Act as the project’s face, ensuring understanding and support for the future state service and operating model
- Engage stakeholders, including senior leadership, and drive successful outcomes
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project strategies
- Ensure adherence to change management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with vendors and adapt to changing market needs and priorities
- Drive accountability and outcomes within a DevOps model, embedding resources into operational teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience leading organisational and operational cloud transformation in complex ICT environments
- Strong technical expertise in implementing cloud solutions, specifically Azure and AWS
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and ability to drive strategic outcomes
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and delivery methodologies
- Track record of delivering quality outcomes with a customer-first approach
