**About the opportunity**
You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve recently brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We have market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and PerfectMind as well as Commerce Accelerating Technologies like Connect (Brandbot) and Insights (Intelli-hub) that are designed to help our clients manage and grow their business.
Reporting into the General Manager, Operations - Fitness & Wellbing ANZ,, you'll join our Onboarding / Implementation team — the team that provides support and expertise to health clubs, gyms, community centres as well as the leisure, parks and recreation industry. Whether small and independent or large franchises, we build everything they need to run their business, motivate their customers and build lasting fitness communities.
Some of the main responsibilities you’ll have:
- Understand client business requirements around billing, manage documentation, facilitate and lead training sessions, provide project & go live updates and final sign offs.
- Effectively project manage from initial scoping of the customer engagement to final sign off/ go live.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders (Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Xplor - Recreation Sales Team) on project updates, go live coordination and training checks.
- Communicating with third parties ( current billing providers) on security checks and documentation, date finalisation and receipts of data.
- Working in a data driven environment, obtaining data from current systems, merging and cleaning data.
- Creating, maintaining users and permissions on Docusign & Cognito Forms & other relevant systems.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on price increases and supporting them on documentation.
- Using Salesforce to create cases on and producing electronic direct mailing through MailChimp.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferably within project management
- Advanced understanding software systems - ERP, CRM, Member Management etc
- Advanced communication (oral and written) skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Stakeholder management skills and experience
- Ability to work as part of a team but also the ability to manage and drive the process
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member.
- Experience in the Health & Fitness or Leisure industries would be beneficial
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
- Motivated by a fast paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same
