Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduler to join our team based in Perth. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for our team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians across multiple disciplines.
-
Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests.
-
Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts in line with our customers requirements.

Provide administrative support to the team and management
About You:

Proven experience in scheduling.
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
-
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
-
Previous experience in a similar industry is highly desirable but not required.
