We have the added benefit of an innovative, creative, and passionate team who are constantly striving to get even better outcomes for our clients.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Completing internal client transfers
- Arranging information kits to be sent to prospective clients
- Attending to current and overdue documentation
- Uploading all relevant client documentation to our CRM
- Completing funding checklists
- Manage and answer a high volume of prospect calls
- allocate leads as per our allocation process
- Documenting all client correspondence and communications in the CRM
- Maintaining basic knowledge of our products and services

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced administration and/or customer service role
- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- A passion and commitment to making a difference in Aged Care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost)
