Configuration Analyst

**Permanent Full time | Melbourne or Parramatta based | Superannuation & Insurance experience only**

**In this role, you'll be accountable for**:

- Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and uncover the best configuration solutions.
- Complete Business Requirements where necessary and produce Configuration Specifications.
- Ensure configuration solution design meets business requirements and solution is understood by Business, Technical Development and Test Teams
- Supporting BA, technical, development, and testing teams throughout the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Investigate and consult on pragmatic alternatives for short, medium, and long-term solutions to a problemWork and collaborate with third and/or vendor parties to deliver integrated system solutions

**What you bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience as a BA or administrator in superannuation and/or insurance.
- Working knowledge of SQL/Java/Oracle and the ability to navigate SDLC processes with confidence.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for identifying process improvements.
- Experience working in an outsourced or offshored environment.Demonstrated understanding of business drivers impacting IT systems
