We are seeking an experienced Configuration Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this senior-level role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze complex problems and develop innovative system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop configuration solutions that meet stakeholder needs
  • Design, build, test, and document configuration changes across core systems and related applications
  • Develop Business Requirements where necessary and create Configuration Specifications
  • Ensure configuration solution design aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or administrator in finance and/or insurance
  • Hands-on experience with registry systems and related applications
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Java, Oracle, and SDLC processes
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
