Specialised Industrial Maintenance (SIM) is a growing Australian Company who offers unique coating solutions to a range of major clients within the Mining, Defence, Oil and Gas, Industrial and Commercial environments.
- **ABOUT THE ROLE**_
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly office team in our Malaga Head Office on a Part-Time basis, liaising with not only WA staff but our NSW and QLD branches as well.
The role offers variety and as a progressive company, we value and welcome employees who can offer input and contribute to the company’s growth as they too develop and grow their role within the company.
- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
Include but not limited to:
- Preparation, reconciliation and presentation of monthly finance reports
- Completion of accounting and finance responsibilities including:Accounts
ATO Reporting - BAS, PAYG, IAS
Overseeing payroll, lodgement of payroll tax and EOY reporting
Bank reconciliations
General office duties
- **ABOUT YOU**_
- MYOB experience essential
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
- Good Communication skills
