Please note, this is a casual position during probation with the potential for part-time after probation. You'll work approximately two days a week, 8:30/9:00 am to 4:30/5:00 pm, totalling 15-16 hours per week. Flexibility is required to align with our current office administrators study timetable. Pay rate $30 - 35 P/H + Super (casual rate, dependant on experience) Start date = October.

**J & C Electrical Contracting** is a reputable and dynamic electrical company focused on residential new housing, maintenance, real estate work, CCTV, security alarms, and split air conditioning. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis at our office in Malaga.

**About the Role**:
As our Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our busy electrical business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling office administration duties efficiently and effectively.
- Serving as the first point of contact for phone inquiries and ensuring a professional and welcoming phone manner.
- Managing stock and ordering parts and equipment as needed.
- Scheduling electricians daily tasks and communicating with clients via company phone.
- Social media management
- Updating our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborating closely with all team members to deliver quality service to our valued customers.
- Taking charge of the daily running of the job management system
- Providing support for accounts receivable and payable as required.
- Assisting with preparing invoices and quotations, as well as liaising with customers when necessary.
- Contributing to the implementation of business systems, always seeking continuous improvement.
- Following up on quotes and handling other general office duties.

**Highly Regarded Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial, as well as experience in a trades-related business.
- Knowledge or experience in construction, electrical, security, or air-conditioning will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated high-level administrative and organisational skills.
- A professional phone manner and marketing abilities.
