**The Opportunity**

As the Cyber Security Practice Lead, you will be building and delivering a successful Macquarie Cloud Services Cyber Security Practice. You will be able to grow the business, lead and develop a well-established cyber security team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Defining the business plan, go to market strategy
- Driving pipeline and delivering growth based on expanding Cyber Security revenue
- Working with strategic partners to deliver the most cost-effective solution, driving impactful ROI
- Developing, leading and coaching a very high-performing team, driving for success across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations

**Your ideal skills & experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in an IT services business
- Extensive business development experience, winning business in the mid-large Corporate IT market
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing new business development, go to market strategy
- Solid knowledge across Cyber security solutions and products
- Deal and contract negotiation skills
- Strong people leader
