**The Role**
Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing roster, and experience working with clients with high complex physical needs.

Our client would like bubbly, outgoing individuals with a sense of humour to join her team in providing supports.

Components of the supports include
**full personal care, community access, peg feeding, medication administration, manual handling, and willingness to undergo provided epilepsy training.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- **Experience working with clients with high complex care needs**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- **Medication Administration Certificate**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
