**The Role**

Our client is a female living with
**cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex health needs. **She is also
**non-verbal **and uses assistive technology to communicate.
***She requires high complex care from a team of skilled Disability Support Workers.

**Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing roster and experience working with clients with high complex physical needs.**

Components of the supports include
**full personal care, meal assistance, manual handling, epilepsy management (or willingness to undergo epilepsy**
**training**
**), PEG feeding, and medication management.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

- **12 months minimum experience as a Disability Support Worker (Senior Disability Support Workers, AINs, and Enrolled Nurses encouraged to apply).**:

- **Experience working with clients with high complex care needs.**:

- **Experience working with nonverbal clients.**:

- **Relevant tertiary qualification.**:

- **Medication Administration Certificate.**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate.**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check.**:

- **Triple COVID-19 Vaccination**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR**:

- **Driver’s License & Car**:

- **Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.**
