**About the business**

Parkside Towbars has been a market leader in towbars and related 4WD and caravan accessories for 50 years. With branches in Welshpool, Osborne Park and Rockingham we have experienced rapid growth in recent years.

**About the role**

Your job will include:

- Provide counter service to both retail and trade customers
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle fitments
- Liaise with customers to keep them up to date
- Assist customers with towbar advice
- Safety leadership & the ability to identify and implement safe work practices

Skills and experience:
Essential Requirements:

- Previous retail and/or telephone sales experience
- Friendly, helpful personality
- A valid Driver’s licence

Desirable Requirements:

- Previous automotive/4WD/caravan industry experience or passion
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- General computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Multi-skilled and adaptable

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- automotive industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook): 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
