Within the Data and Digital Group, the Service Delivery & Performance Team is responsible for leading the Service Management Capability and maturing of the ITIL based processes that support Enterprise Service Management across the Bureau.

It is also responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of the Bureau's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.

We are seeking a suitably qualified person to carry out the duty of ITSM Configuration Manager specifically in relation to the ITSM system Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

The appointee will be expected to have a wide-ranging understanding of technology and engineering and be articulate across the domain to successfully analyse, update and coordinate the ITSM CMDB in adherence to the Bureau configuration management process and procedure.

The successful incumbent should be able to demonstrate:

- Experience and qualifications in ITIL Service Management with particular expertise as it relates to the operational use of Technology Configuration Management.
- Demonstrated planning, time management skills and self-motivation, and with the capacity to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (written, oral and listening) and ability to engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
