We are seeking an experienced Heritage Advisor to join our client on a FIFO basis from Perth only.

The role will be responsible for providing heritage risk management advice and support to facilitate quality outcomes for our client's Indigenous cultural heritage. A significant proportion of the work is working across multiple tenement / mining projects, with both internal and external customers & stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in cultural heritage within mining or energy sectors.
- Proven experience dealing with native title and heritage issues.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of historic heritage conservation best practices and legislation.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with particular emphasis in the areas of consultation.
- Experience in developing cultural heritage management plans and / or risk assessments would be viewed highly regarded.
- Knowledge of WA and Commonwealth legislation in relation to Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management.
- Working knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
- Highly developed administrative and computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
