Please amend to suit your specific requirements. **Complete video training lessons ** Read and Follow Procedures and Operations Manual **Cleaning - Benches - Sink / Basin and surrounding area - Wall scales - Utensils and tray - Cutting board - Mixer (small) - Bowls - Wire/racks/trolleys - Tablet/ipad - Scrape, sweep and wash floors - Floors/walls/skirting boards - Garbage bins (change liners and clean bins) - External rubbish area - Roll bags - Ingredient containers - Flav / col bottles - Electric elements - Insect zapper - Floors - Clean mops/brooms/dust pan - Ingredients shelves - Wheels on benches - Rubber (non-slip) mat - Buckets - Toilet/washroom ** Coolroom/Chiller - Rotate stock in Coolroom/Chiller - Mop Coolroom/Chiller floor - Clean Coolroom/Chiller door - Clean walls inside Coolroom/Chiller - Clean racks in Coolroom/Chiller - Clean shelves in Coolroom/Chiller - Clean buckets, storage containers - Clean wires and remove any empty wires from Coolroom - Coolroom/Chiller fans (turn off) - Rotate stock and miscellaneous items in Coolroom e.g cream - No items stored on floor The Cheesecake Shop New Employee Induction Training Guide October 2019 **Take out garbage ** Follow and maintain TCS uniform guidelines **Make boxes ** Read and follow recipes **Follow Procedures and Operations Manuals ** Weigh and prepare ingredients **Operate mixers and bakery equipment ** Pre heat and set oven temperatures **Package finished products ** Place products into ovens quickly and safely **Decorate product to TCS specifications and standards ** Date products according to TCS standards **Rotate stock (ingredients/products) ** Place products in correct allocated storage area **Complete Daily Production/Stocktake List ** Maintain appropriate ingredients and stock levels (inform franchisee/manager of low stock levels) **Receive ingredients/confirm delivery ** Ensure high standards of personal hygiene and sanitation **Perform phone-answering procedures ** Perform end of day stocktake **Maintain Food Safety Plan and Workplace Health & Safety Reports ** Liaise with Area Managers and other Master Franchise personnel **Professionally represent the Franchisee and Organisation, to internal and external customers ** Attend training sessions **Identify and report possible safety hazards ** Handle food hygienically **Sanitise equipment**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
